Business Goal
Over time, the application became more difficult to scale and maintain consistently. The interface no longer reflected the pace of the brand’s digital evolution, while some user flows felt fragmented and overloaded.
Alongside the redesign, the client also needed a more structured approach to the further digital development of the application with a clearer understanding of priorities, growth opportunities, and new feature directions that could improve user engagement and support the growth of the e-commerce business.

Solution
Our collaboration with Intertop started with product consulting and a series of research sessions aimed at creating a more structured approach to the further development of the mobile application. As part of the scoping phase, we helped identify key growth opportunities, structure new feature ideas, and shape a clearer roadmap for the product’s digital evolution.
Based on this work, we moved on to the mobile app redesign. We refreshed the visual language of the product, simplified navigation, and rebuilt key user flows to make the experience more modern, intuitive, and user-friendly.
The redesign is being implemented gradually through updates to individual functional areas, allowing the client to continue active product development without interrupting ongoing processes.
