4REAL is the first digital platform for realtors in Ukraine that brings together a professional community, simplifies daily tasks, and opens up new opportunities for collaboration.
The client’s team approached Devlight with an ambitious goal: to build a qualified tool “by realtors – for realtors” that would encompass everything – from property management to signing partnership agreements.

We began with an in-depth Discovery phase, working closely with the client to turn all ideas into a coherent product roadmap. We designed an interface that remained intuitive even with a wide range of features.
It was crucial to balance multifunctionality with simplicity – agents needed to interact with the system quickly, without wasting time on navigation.
We integrated familiar user behavior patterns into unique workflows – from adding properties to managing the wallet.
