About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented designer with a strong understanding of product design principles and a balanced approach between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. This role is ideal for someone who not only creates visually polished interfaces but also understands product logic, can justify design decisions, and designs solutions that are practical to implement.
You will work on various B2B and B2C products across fintech, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and marketplace domains. As a team, we actively integrate AI tools into our design workflow and continuously experiment with new approaches to ideation, prototyping, content generation, and product development acceleration.
Your future responsibilities:
- Design UX/UI solutions for web and mobile products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Work with complex interfaces, multiple states, user scenarios, and edge cases.
- Maintain and evolve design systems in Figma.
- Prepare designs for development handoff and account for technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Senior/Lead Designers.
- Present and justify design decisions based on user needs, business goals, UX principles, and available data.
- Contribute to improving design processes and AI-assisted workflows within the team.
Your professional qualities:
- 2-3+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real product cases with clear explanation of your role, process, decisions, and outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working with design systems, including components, variants, auto-layout, styles, tokens, and consistency management.
- Understanding of Human-Centered Design and Data-Driven Design approaches.
- Ability to create clean, structured, and scalable interfaces.
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, product logic, and interaction design principles.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to justify design decisions.
- English – Intermediate+.
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, marketplace, or other complex B2B/B2C products.
- Experience working on mass-market products with large user bases.
- Participation in UX research, usability testing, discovery phases, workshops, or product strategy activities.
- Understanding of how design solutions are implemented in code.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Background in design, UX, HCI, visual communication, or related disciplines.
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Desire to contribute expertise to the team and continuously improve.
