About the role:

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive Devlight’s expansion across the EU market while strengthening our position in Ukraine. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role where you will own the full sales cycle – from market entry and outbound strategy to closing complex international deals. You will act as a business ambassador of Ukrainian engineering excellence, working with top-tier clients and representing Devlight at major international events.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Own and drive new business development across the EU region
  • Build and execute outbound strategies (multi-channel, social selling, events)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from first touch to deal closing
  • Collaborate with the Lead Generation team to build a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Represent Devlight at international conferences, exhibitions, and roadshows
  • Conduct on-site meetings and business trips to build trust with partners
  • Leverage Devlight’s portfolio and case studies to establish credibility with new clients
  • Maintain a clean and structured pipeline in HubSpot
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client success
  • Continuously analyze markets (EU/UK/US/UA) and identify growth opportunities

Your professional qualities:

  • 3+ years of successful experience in IT Outsourcing / Outstaffing sales
  • Strong background in Web and Mobile App development services
  • Proven track record of closing international deals
  • Deep understanding of EU / UK / US markets
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot and modern outbound approaches
    (multi-channel outreach, social selling, account-based strategies)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proactive “hunter” who can articulate the value of Ukrainian engineering excellence to a global audience.
  • Fluent English (C1–C2)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in domains: eCommerce / Retail / Logistics / FinTech
  • Background in representing companies at international tech events
  • Existing network in the EU market
